I have blotches in some areas on the sides of my face from plucking..etc. I've heard from my Dr's that the Pulse point light procedure works for eliminating facial hair and improving the blotches on the skin, but it's like $300 per session. Is there anything that would work just as well for less?

This is for skin lightening only.

Thanks.

Banishing cream works well to fade and bleach dark patches on the skin. Drugstores sell Porcelana which is inexpensive, but it takes time. Avon has a new one that is a little more expensive in their Anew line, but you'll see results in about a week. Porcelana is under $5 and the Avon one sells for $15.
