It would take more women believing that this is something they should do.
Or a really bad ozone layer hole that would make UV exposure deadly. That would make men cover their faces too, haha!

Maybe women don't want to veil their faces. I prefer to show my natural beauty than to hide just because some book tells you to. Most women want to be seen and adored not be out behind a couple of veils.

You should be proud of who you are, including how you look. Why would you want to cover your face. I think that if God intended for you to hide behind a veil, then we would not have been given faces at all. I know that sounds crazy, but I believe that your question sounds RIDICULOUS to the majority of American women. Keep your religion in your country, don't press it on us (Americans).

I personally think that if you are up for veils, and or it is your religion of beliefs you should do what you want as long as you aren't harming others in the process. I however don't think that you should try and persuade others to follow your customs. Would you like it if people criticized you for your beliefs. That's YOUR choice to wear a veil. Don't try and push YOUR beliefs on OTHERS.

Why don't men veil their faces as well if it's such a wondeful act of "holiness"? Even if I veiled my face it does not change the person that I am or the way I think.

Find the purpose of it, then see if they agree. It's all about religion, piety, and self worth. Very sensitive issue to "make" more women wear veils.

In my humble opinion if you need to put a veil over your face it's due to some unspeakable shame you brought on yourself or your family. Otherwise it's completely unnecessary.

veil are just for religon, if you dont believe in wearing a veil, why should you try to convince us? just because you wear one, doesnt mean its wrong for us not to wear one, its our beliefs
