Yes they accept debit cards as long as they are a debit card that can be used as a credit card.

You can use paypal for Ebay...you can link it to accept your credit card or straight from your checking account that is linked to your debit card. Some sellers accept paypal and some dont so you need to look at their own payment acceptance. They do accept checks and money orders. Verisign is also a possible method of payment for certain sellers.

Amazon does not accept paypal though. They except the following methods of payment:
American Express
Diners Club
Discover
JCB
MasterCard
Eurocard
Visa & Visa Check Cards
Amazon.com Gift Certificates
Payment directly from your bank account
Checks, money orders, or cashier's checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank
Gift Cards from Borders, Waldenbooks, Brentano's, Toys"R"Us, and Babies"R"Us on qualifying orders

Yes they do. Just as long as the debit card has a Visa/Master Card logo on the card, then you can purchase anything you'd like.

Yes, of course...any major debit card brand can function as a credit card...and all three of these places take credit cards.
