Indeed it has. Being formerly known as a dead-beat f-up who beat children and spent most of his life doing outrageous things to get drugs, I can now proudly call myself a homeless misunderstood result of bad parenting.
Trust me this new moniker has opened more doors that I could have dreamed of previously. Now I have all the drugs I can get at a cheaper price. Who woulda thought dealers had pity...

There's nothing as "political correctness" - all political movements are attempted alterations to existing governmental practices that contradict or are not in harmony with the goals and plans of the political party that is either not in the government, or in the government but not in full power of the economy or in running the country. They work for their own interest.
How can such movements make the life of others any better?

I have to agree that it is, indeed, the very worst thing to happen to America in recent decades. It has weakened us as a nation and
has only served to further embolden those who stand to benefit from the entitlement mentality that is rampant in some communities.
In the very end, no one really benefits because the long-term negative consequences of even well-intended political correctness hurts us all. They never seem to consider the big picture.

Hello,
Political Correctness is an attempt to reach that mirage known as normalcy. Being normal is a societal illusion, considering that everybody is weird in some way or another.
I guess, in that regard, political correctness is next to perfection, as nobody on Earth is capable of achieving that level of operation, considering we all mess up royally.

Not that I can see... I have to agree with the rest - if anything, it may have worsened matters. It has raised the ire of majority groups who now have to kowtow to please foreign minorities, who by the way, don't seem to have to obey the same strict laws of political correctness that the majorities do... funny that!
Bullying, name calling, jokes (good natured and otherwise) still exist... there's just a lot more anger now than there used to be because now we're even told how to think!

No, it just masks a way to push an agenda that others would not normally agree with.
