i swear by shea butter everyday. one of my co-workers had a sun burn on her back so bad it had blistered. she used my shea butter for a week, and she does not even have a scar. i use the 100% kind from africa, not the store bought stuff in bottles.

Try vitamin E. Prick the gel cap with a pin and rub the vitamin on the scars. I have also heard that cocoa butter is good for this type of scaring while the scars won't disappear this treatment should soften the look of the scar and make it smoother.
