My brother was telling me bout this when i came to mum and dads to visit.

I did not think that the guy did it for no reason i thought my brother had done something to, but keep that part out in telling us, but even a teacher said the same as him too. they seen it.

Bu y dont they punish this boy?

The kid isn't getting punished at school because today's teachers are so afraid of litigation that they've pretty much stopped teaching. But that's a separate rant that I won't get into right now.

Most kids are bullies because they get bullied at home. It could be an older sibling, Mom or Dad, or anyone else in the kid's life. They have no power at home, so they find someone at school... maybe the small kid who sits in the back of the room and plays alone at recess... and beat the you-know-what out of him every chance they get.

The important thing to remember is that this is a problem with the bully, not with your brother. This kid will most likely grow up to torture family pets and beat his own kids someday. Keep that in mind, and don't let your brother fall victim to the same kind of anger because he's getting picked on. It happens to all of us, it's a normal part of growing up and, while I know it's frustrating, the public schools will probably do nothing about it.

Why the school doesn't punish them is beyond me! Thats why there are school shootings today, because our schools don't punish them when there young, and it teaches them that everything is okay. That's why they do it, but the reason they are the way they are is because the parents these days don't teach manners or respect, or to obay other adults. It's so sad what I see little kids do. If my daughter ever tried some of what I see, I'd bust her butt! If parents would parent, and schools would enforce rules, instead of just saying kids wil be kids I think a lot would change. It's sad really. I'm sorry your brother had to go through that. Encourage him to keep standing up for himself. Eventally the bully should move on.

I think a lot of children are used to picking on their brothers and sisters at home so come to schools thinking they can do the same. Also the other reason is they maybe insecure about themselves about something or feel they need to protect themselves. I was bullied myself and then became a bully to stop myself getting hurt.... some schools just want to turn a blind eye to things they don't want to deal with. I think you should go to the school and discuss it with the teachers as they will realise your serious!

hey don't punish him first of all, this will only make him more violent and more aggressive but this kid may have had, most likely, some bigger then him pick on him and now doing the same to feel better about him self. one of the people that may pick on the kid may be his own father or bother. bully's all have been bullied on before that what makes them how they are.
