it depends on the type of relationship you and your partner is having. And over here, i mean are you having a 'open' relationship with your other half? However, i feel that this '100k' raise would also be the ignition of a broken down relationship in time to come even if any parties(you & your spouse) has agreed peacefully to the abnormal 'transaction'. Agree?

It sounds good in theory, but in all practicality and reality I would have to say no, not for any amount of money.
That's sort of like the whole "Fear Factor" thing. Would I eat a live scorpion while immersed in a plexiglass box with rats crawling all over me for $50,000? No, I'd probably just work another 5 or 6 months and earn it the old fashioned way.

Clearly this is a hypothetical question. First of all the boss would have to be out of their mind and they could not justify such a huge raise for any reason, even for him or her self..
However it is an interesting question. There would never ever be any trust in the marriage after that so what good is having more money?

Maybe I would, but that's only because it kind of turns me on to imagine my lover with somebody else. But if you are not like me, and if it would only bother you then i would suggest not to let him do it. Because I know that even tho. I would be turned on by knowing that he had sex with his boss, at the same time I would be jealous and then I would have to wonder if that was the only time they had sex and weather they became closer. so in a way I would be turned on but I would also be "decently tripping"! Therefore I would suggest NO, keep the trust in your relationship! Don't let money cause you to do something that you'll regret, and don't let money come between you two.

Ya, I gotta agree here - what's stopping them from dumping you and taking the 100K anyway???
I know, love should come first, but big money does strange things to normally rational people - take every lottery winner for example.
Good quesiton!
Aloha!

No, our relationship and monogamy would worth more than that. I wouldn't want to put a price on sex. There's a name for that, and I'd choose not to be married to someone who did that.
