Does you hate anything as much as I hate football?

Question

I am so proud that I do not know a single result from that cup thingy that's going on. How much longer is it?

If you hate football as much as I do then there is nothing I hate more. Well maybe with the exception of violence or American football. Oh actually, there are cricket and golf which are more boring but they're not forced on people. I wanted to take my mum out for a drink cos she helped me clean the house but everywhere has one of those big screen things. It wasn't even England playing! I don't know when it ends but it not soon enough. I don't mind other people watching it in their own hime but I don't see why I should sacrifice my own enjoyment for people spending more time in what should be a quiet rural pub.
Oh and you up there saying "actually it's soccer" I don't even like the thing but I'm having to explain that it is football in it's most primative form. Soccer means association football, then you have rugby football, then you have rugby football with padding(commonly known as American football)
And whoever said "most" people like it, how can you be sure of that? I'd be very surprised if more people want all this waste of space.

I hate the fact that you asked that question in a category that is all about that sport's biggest tournament. I may not know much about football, but I am proud to know some of the results of that "cup thingy" as you call it. FYI the tournament ends on July 9th, 2006.

I like soccer once in every four years..otherwise im a football illeterate. It is the atmosphere around that toxicates you into the tournament. But i wont consider you braveheart for not being part of the festival. You must have serious mental problem that makes you talk about it with pride and wishing to make 'hate football' a public issue. The tournament ends July 9, 2006. I understand some lunatics are having problem for the timbing.

But no.. it doesn't really affect me in any way because I don't watch it and anyone I know that DOES watch it doesn't involve me in the details...

I used to hate it too.
Any time I saw a green screen with little muppets kicking a ball, or any time there was a match, and all you could see was those fanatics running round with their scarfs, screaming and singing those horrid songs, my blood used to burn.
Nowadays, I don't even notice it exists. I've forgotten all about it, all thanks to YOU, because you hate it so much...or any kind of these boring watching sports!!
You've given me the chance of not hating something.
All I have to say is THANK YOU for hating football.

I've never been interested in soccer before. by the world cup thing is exciting. sort of like the olympics. but as soon as it's over i'm not watching soccer for 4 years.
