I only know of one place which I think does Milliput and that's in an arcade in Huddersfield. Can't you buy milliput online?

they've opened a hobbycraft in leeds maybe they have some... check out www.hobbycraft.co.uk and it will give you a map too.
Huddersfield is only about half an hours drive so thats not to far either

They sell it in an artists supply shop in dewsbury, cant remember the name but there is only one! Its on oates street off daisy hill i think.

have you tried the sculpting clay " sculpty " a polymer based . You might find it easier to get.
