Geez, what a question. That's like choosing between having end stage cancer and AIDS. LOL Dick Cheney is just plain evil (like George H.W. Bush), but definitely intelligent. Dubya is easily led and a complete imbecile. I think George W. Bush is worse because of his stupidity.
