Spybot is good - so is AdAware. You can get Spybot at http://www.download.com/Spybot-Search-Destroy/3000-8022_4-10401314.html?tag=lst-0-1 and AdAware at http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-SE-Personal-Edition/3000-8022_4-10399602.html?tag=lst-0-1.
Don't try to remove spyware without using spyware removal software - spyware companies know you don't want their software, so they intentionally make it difficult to uninstall. You might be able to uninstall a part of their software, but it will regenerate. Just download those two programs, install them and follow their instructions. Both are free, good and easy to use. One final warning - some spyware is packaged as spyware removal software. Don't download spyware removal that you've never heard of.

Sadly, this is pretty much impossible to do. In order to remove adware, you will need certain types of software. SpyBot is good software, as is almost any antivirus. You may try searching for "Free Adware remover", but be aware of scams.

you cant do so without downloading an anti-spy. Do it fast or you may have load of adware hovering your pc. Get yahoo toolbar with anti-spy from yahoo site. Later you can uninstall it anytime.

go to www.google.com
type in spybot search and destroy
download that software
and run that software
it will search and let you fix all the known spyware
