I remember when I was little, it seemed like whoever chose the tophat seemed to always win. So we house-ruled it to ban the tophat.

I can't play Monopoly unless I'm the top hat. I have always played the game with it and feel I do better with the hat. Plus it seems so alone and little. When I set up the game, I make sure to hide the hat so I can use it. He He He...
