Im 13 and throw mid to high 60s but if you think you dont throw hard enough, focus on finesse. My coach is a huge tom glavine fan (my coach was a softballing collegiate left handed pitcher just like glavine) and he always told me location is more important than velocity. Work on changing speeds and using more breaking pitches. Ive played with 14 year olds that throw 75 plus so dont be upset. I would rather be Greg Maddux than Roger Clemens.

I'm 15 and I throw ~70, but I'm more of a groundball pitcher. My friend was clocked at 77. I'd say an average would probably be ~65 mph (for a 14-year-old).

How fast is not that important, mental approach, control and being able to move the ball up, down, in , out and changes of speed!

it depends on how accurate you are because some pitchers can throw around 70 but can only throw it accurate at about 60-65

It depends how good you are. I'm thirteen and I throw 68-73, and i consider myself a pretty good pitcher.
