I am 8 weeks pregnant today. I have 14 year old boy/girl twins and no other children. We haven't told the twins or our familes yet and were planning on telling them this Sunday for Father's day.....I want to tell them in a fun and unique way.......any suggestions?

First of all, congratulations! :)
A friend of a friend told her parents she and her husband were having their first baby by wrapping up a pacifier and a pair of baby booties and putting them under the tree as a present for her parents at Christmastime. Perhaps you could try something similar for your father(s) on Father's Day, and have him/them unwrap the gift in front of your whole family?

When I found out that I was pregnant, It was a week before christmas. I wrapped up presents of baby bibs, binkies and bottles and gave each person in our family a gift. We then asked them all to open the gifts at the same time. Its fun to watch the looks of not understanding one minute to congrats the next.

You could add a highchair setting at the dinner table, that should get the word out. Maybe sit a teddy bear in it with a bib around it's neck ???? It woud be a cute way to break the ice and give the good news.

Wrap up Three Ties for your dad and put one from each grand child on the card [make sure every one is watching when he opens it]! Make it a BIG box with a great bow and a real nice card!Make sure everyone gathers around!You could put each child's name on a tie and a question mark on the third.

Do this play charades. Or do hang man .
On the charades you do like the big belly movements and the rocka bye baby movements. And for the hang man spell out the new _(your last name) baby is coming.
my mom gave me these ideas.They were so much fun.

When we found out we were pregnant with baby #3, we signed my mother-in-law's birthday card from the grandkids "Kyle, Caleb, & ???" She got the message! Congrats!!

my sister and her hubby came gave my parents their actual birth control test. they had a huge box that had lots of little boxes in it. Eventually my mom found the test. I thought it was gross...
but my parents were happy they were finally getting a grandchild.
