LOL I special order everything. At McD's i either get a double cheeseburger, pickles only or a filet of fish, no sauce. At Wendy's I get everything w/o mayo or onions. Same at Jack in the Box snd Carl's JR. But at Carl's Jr, i usually get their grilled chicken salad with an extra chicken breast on the side and lemons lol.

No. I'm not a picky eater, so I just order it as it is. A lot people assume that if they order it special, that the burger is freshly made. Not really true. Most fast food restaurants have burgers all ready cooked and they are kept in a heated drawer type thing. So to all of you special order because I want it fresh people...".It ain't happenin" Most likely its been sitting in a warmer just like the others. Fresh burgers usually take at least 3 minutes to cook.

Back in school I worked at McDonald's and got lots of special orders. At the time I cursed those kinds of folks. But now, I special order practically everything. I want my food fresh, and special ordering is a great way to get it.

I always ask them to hold something like lettuce or tomato. That way I know that I am getting a fresh made burger or sandwich.
