The salad bar is always a safe bet. But if you are looking for a low calorie meal, you have to watch what you put on the salad. Stay away from the creamy dressings, unless it says fat free, nuts and black olives also have more calories. Stick with just vegetables and fruit as toppings on your salad. Stay away from anything deep fried and breaded. If they have baked or broiled chicken or fish, those are good options. But watch what you dip them in. Tartar sauce and mayo have a lot of fat in them! Corn on the cob is good, but hold the butter. For dessert stick to yogurt or vanilla ice cream with fruit toppings. Also plain shrimp is good for you, but again watch those sauces!
I can't see how you eat there every night. I would be so fat, because that place has good food!

Unless you work there and get your food free, try cooking at home sometime. www.allrecipes.com is a great site to help you get started.

I'd stick to salads at the Golden Corral.

You should know if you're there every evening! They have a salad bar, so that's always good (just watch the dressing). If they have any chicken that isn't fried and has no skin, that's good, too (just don't put any cream sauce or gravy on it). Any veggies, as long as they aren't drowning in butter, and any fruit, as long as they don't have sugar or syrup. Stay away from the bread, too!

Definitely ... their salads, fresh veggies, and lean chicken. You can even eat the steak in moderation ot keep your protein levels up. Your instincts will tell you which foods you should eat to lose or maintain weight.
