if you are not comfortable with it you should talk about it....a relationship is a give and take thing. Communication is the most important thing so rather than asking us you should ask him. If bothers you so much you should let him know and take it from there

Of course it is! When a man stops looking, he's dead! And that is the point - he's only looking, and yes, it's something he would like to have but knows he can't. Doesn't stop him dreaming, and why should he? It's no different to a woman looking at a picture of a sexy guy is it? OK, she may not be able to see any of his 'bits', but the reason for looking and the thought processes are the same, aren't they? As far as I can tell, a man looking at a picture of a pretty woman is simply demonstrating a healthy interest in sex. Just as you might window shop and look longingly at an expensive handbag, it doesn't mean you are disatisfied with the one you have got, does it?

If you're referring to the Page 3 Girl (British publication), I'd have to say yes. They're not very explicit.
In fact, if that's what your boyfriend likes to look at you should embrace it. If you don't like it then you should look for someone else. The chances that he's going to change what he likes are very slim.
Your acceptance of eachother should be mutual. Don't expect him to hide what he likes. In the same way, dump him if he does something that you don't like.
