Captain Kirk can take the other captains down easily!!! And there will never be an Enterprise in my heart without Spock, McCoy, and Scotty.
The other series are just pathetic. Ok, Next Gen had some good moments, but EVERY single episode of the first was worth watching over and over!!!!
Live long and prosper!!!

I was a fan ever since I was a teen watching re-runs of the original star trek.
When the Next Generation came out, I didn't think it was going to be as good as the original - My opinion has since changed and now I think the Next Generation was the best out of all the star treks. I especially thought the episodes with Q, and also the Borg were the best.
Data was a great character as well as Jean Luc.
Voyager and Deep Space Nine were ok, but I didn't really follow them.
I had had enough by the time the last series Enterprise was out. I didn't even watch it.

I liked them all. I think TOS was my favorite ... I used to beg to stay up to watch it (way past my bedtime in 1968). I watched it in afternoon reruns through the 70s. When TNG came on, it took me a while to warm to it ... I liked Picard and Data, but Worf was wooden and his make-up was terrible at first, Riker wouldn't stop that stupid inappropriate grin, and Troy's hair was too "librarian". Later, it got pretty good, they fixed Worf's head and hair, they got Troy squared away (until they forced her into anorexia for some reason) and even Riker turned out okay once he grew the beard. And great stories!
DSN was okay. The whole "Wormhole Aliens" thing, and then the "Changelings" and their whole ultra-simplified society (the Voorta and the addict clone warriors the Jem Haddar) got pretty tiresome after a short while, and I never really warmed to the Ferengi, Bajorans or Cardassians, but there were also lots of KIingons and Romulans! Pretty neat.
I only got to see a few episodes of Voyager early on, but it seemed a little heavy on the technobabble. Jeri Ryan had a cute, er, uniform, though.
Enterprise was great, although it seemed to re-write some of the backstory from earlier series. Nevertheless, I was sorry when they cancelled it.
So, I guess I agree, Go Kirk.

The original series with James T. Kirk, Spock, Bones, Scotty, Zulu, Uhura and al lthe rest.
Second fav is Next generation, with Picard, Riker, Data, that hottie Troi, Work and all the rest.
Thought casting Whoopi Goldberg was a great idea...she was good!
And John de Lanci as "Q" was delicious evil!

Star Trek IV: the Voyage Home.
That was the best one and it is the one HBO never shows. I've seen The Motion Picture, Wrath of Kahn (constantly), Final Frontier and Undiscovered Country (constantly) but the other ones are never on. Of course Search for Spock is really dumb and should probably be burned. But I've seen First Contact, Generations and Insurrection on HBO too.
The best part about IV is that it shows them out of their time. It shows them in 1980s/90s San Francisco. I love when Kirk tells the taxi driver, "double dumb *ss on you." And Spock keeps talking about colorful Metaphors.
The best line of the movie though is when Spock says, "Tell mother I feel...fine."

Honestly I like all of the series. There is something good about all of them, including the movies. If I had to choose between them it would have to be TNG; but I love any episodes dealing with time travel.

There are only 5 series far as I'm aware. I enjoyed all of them, Enterprise was my favourite but only by a small margin. Was not amused when they canned it.....
