If you already have the avatar or picture you want to change it to, then just go to your 360 page and add the picture as a jpg or gif. Then go to your profile where you see your Questions and Answers. Click on EDIT MY INFO and use your 360 picture instead of the avatar. You can use your real picture too.

I did mine by going to My 360 page

Go to yahoo messenger,
click on 'Messenger' in the menu list
Then 'My display image'
Instead of Avatar select 'Share my picture'
and then put your choice of image there.!
Simple!

Open a 360 page.You can put anything there then.
