Jeff, since you asked that question I have given it a lot of thought.
Your best position since you have to ask is sitting down with a pictorial magazine being sure that your right/left hand is functioning and then you can have it anyway you want.
comfort (pad your seat)
romance (kiss your hand)
quickie (just go faster)
wild (get a real dirty magazine)
butter face (don't look in the mirror)
