I have a friend that works for Radio Shack, so I go there to buy phones. It's nearby, they have phones for my carrier, he gets the commission from my purchase, and if I have a problem I know it'll be taken care of. Because it's a small store and I'm familiar with the staff, if they don't have exactly what I want they'll order it for me.

I went to a place locally. Not a cell store per se. They sell worldwide phones, GSM phones. I dont like the regular phones that my provider has, all garbage USA specific phones. Europe always gets the better ones. My phone is a Samsung D600. Loving it!
