Anything by Ginuwine, Jagged Edge, All-4-One, Boyz II Men, or many others. Do a search on Ares, Limewire, or whatever for "R&B." There's plenty of great songs out there!
Edit: It kind of sounds like there's a song named "Anything," and I don't know it there is, I mean it like, literally, "any song." ;-)

The one that Chingy just brought out is pretty good...I'm not quite sure you would call it R&B but its still pretty good. Its called "Pullin' Me Back". Check it Out :)
