i had a boob job about 4 years ago. it didn't turn out how i wanted...granted, i'm bigger now and they look great in clothes, but naked i'm not happy with them. it's something about the shape that isn't pleasing to the eye.

of course it hurt, but i wasn't too bothered by it because i wanted it done so bad. i had a close friend that had a tummy tuck...if you go forward with it, just remember that you will have a big scar across your belly. she showed me hers after her tummy tuck..she was upset by it. i told her before she had the surgery...your choices are a) belly or b) scar. it's a matter of what you are more willing to deal with. good luck.

It really depends. Regarding a nose job it is one of the most expensive and complicated procedures which is also really painful because not only are they altering the skin but also the bone. They have to break the bone in order to reshape it, so in other words it is going to kill, and it is going to take time to heal. You will probably see a difference in a few weeks but the healing process is going to take around a year. However, I have seen before and after shots with nose jobs and there is a significant difference. I wouldn't say that the patients needed the actual procedure but the after shots are pretty amazing. There are a lot of people who has had a nose job, Angelina Jolie, Megan Fox, Jennifer Aniston and Ashley Tisdale (just to name a few) and I think they look fine (well except Megan because she has had a lot of botox). My opinion on plastic surgery is that I do not support it nor do I discourage it. The media always associates plastic surgery with Heidi Montag or Katie Price and thus everyone assumes that everyone who gets plastic surgery looks like that. That is only if you go for a ridiculous amount of implants, injections or fillers. But generally most people who get these procedures have some common sense and I am sure you have some too. Really the decision is yours. You should do your research, consult your doctor before making a final decision. Don't let the media and other people's ignorant opinions dictate on what you want to do.
