Don't go to Soho or the West Village. Go to Little Italy in New York, I would imagine they would be showing World Cup games there. I don't live in New York so I really wouldn't be able to point out any specific locations.

As far as I know its not the Italian World Cup. It's happening in Germany so if you wanna classify it as such you should say German World Cup --- but prefferably its called The People's World Cup and to answer your question I don't know any restaurants sorry Im from Chicago.
