We are protesting plate tectonics. It is vital that we stop this atrocity known as continental drift. What if the continents collide, or worse, someone gets stuck between two plates pushing against each other? Someone could get hurt, like California. Will you join the picket line outside of the USGS headquarters on Saturday? I propose a party line of peaceful, nonviolent protest, though if people start throwing themselves between two of the seven major plates, I will not argue.

Plate tectonics? The sun running out of hydrogen? You people are nuts. There is a freaking BLACK HOLE at the center of our galaxy! Who is going to save us? Who will stand up and protect the next generation from this threat, a threat that will not only crush us and stretch us out over millions of light years, but convert all our precious bodily fluids into pure energy! It's a fate unthinkable, all of our precious carbon, poof! Doesn't anyone care?

Plate tectonics? Please give up this nonsense and stand up for a REAL issue! Our SUN is running out of Hydrogen! Do you know what will happen when our sun runs out of hydrogen? Do you care? The earth will be forever plunged into darkness! Ice will cover the entire planet! What will people care about Continental drift when Mc Donald's is frozen over with 20 miles of glacier?

I implore you! Join ME! in my crusade to raise public awareness of this most critical of critical issues!

in the beginning there replaced into no land that replaced into above the water. Than distinctive the land sank (and some replaced into lifted up) and dry floor recognized. There seams to were better land than ocean in the previous the flood (or maybe about 50/50). there replaced into also better water lower than the floor than there is proper this second. on the time of the flood, God opened the fountains of the deep. also on the time of the flood the ice take care of collapsed around the earth's magnetic poles (including better water it really is nevertheless melting again proper this second). After the flood the floor settled lower than the recent weight of the water (plus the water that replaced into released from underground), this made some aspects of the sea deeper and some land better. finally, the ice caps melted again causing the oceans to be at their present day degrees.

Well, then, if you believe in it, why are you trying to picket against it? Besides, I live nowhere NEAR where you're talking about.
