Seems like you need to get away from your mother and boyfriend.
I also think you should tell them that they are at the point of driving you insane. If need be, get a boyfriend that will cause you less stress. Since you can't get a new mother, just limit your contact with her.

Have some alone time for you. Put some nice soft relaxing music, take a nice long warm bubble bath and just relax. Have a glass of wine and forget everything your feeling and going through. Make the best out of the little time you have and enjoy yourself. Afterwards watch a good movie by yourself or even read a book. Good luck gurly!

2. They would tell you to eliminate yourself from any negativity - you can't change people, only tell them how you feel. If the chose to change - Great! If not get out!
3. No matter family or not - they can be your most worst enemy - family can hurt you more than strangers!
4. Cutting ties - Starting over, seeing beyond what you've considered norm, yet affects even you body.
5. In fact your body is TELLING you to change the situation!

I'd say get rid of the boyfriend. He is the one thing you can definetely remove from the equation, and see what happens to your stress level. If it is still there, try removing something else, like a lot of contact with your mother.

All I have a day is 30 minutes to myself. I use my bath time to lock everyone and everything out of my mind and my bathroom. Turn on the music you like and chill. It helps.
