Relax - your friend doesn't know what she's even talking about. She's going to FAST, I doubt it's going to get to the point of a pathological problem. If she does get REAL thin like those starving pet commercials with the protruding ribs - THEN it's time to do something.

If you don't want to take the chance, tell her there are other ways, that she'll most likely re-bound when her will gives in and she'll be heavier than when she started, and tell her someone will notice and lock her up in a nut house. And that's something you don't live down.

Umm, nicely if she is ingesting lower than 800 energy an afternoon, she is technically ravenous herself. yet consisting of her ingesting a lot less and excersising, she could lose possibly 10 kilos or so after 2 weeks. it actual relies upon on how lengthy she sticks to her excersizes and eats top. i recommend she only eat diverse healthy food and beverages diverse water. instead of soda, she ought to drink organic tea and instead of chocolate some low-fat cheese. some thing like that. besides, best of success to the both one in each of you.
