If you're using Microsoft Outlook or a similar e-mail program:
1. Click on an e-mail in the window that you want to delete all the e-mails from.
2. Press Ctrl + a
3. Press Del OR Backspace OR click on the File menu and select "Delete".

If you're using Yahoo! Mail:
1. Upon entering Yahoo! Mail, click Inbox.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen, and click Select All.
3. Click Delete.

Congrats, you've deleted all your e-mails.

Depending on what kind of email program you use, some web based email accounts (Hotmail, Yahoo...) allow you to select a box at the top tool bar that will delete all of your email in your inbox.

If you are talking about yahoo mail, in the column next to sender in your mail folder is a box, check it, that will checkmark all the mail items on that page, then click delete.

Rinse and repeat until mailbox is empty.
