Would commit the act of cannibalism?

I'm doing a research paper on cannibalism, just want to see what u all think.

If I were put into the position of eating another human being or dying, I would give in to hunger. I have heard it is very painful to starve to death and people have eaten rocks, wood or anything to satsify their stomaches. It is not a pretty thought, but when push comes to shove, our natural instincts will out weigh the taboo of cannibalism.

<. There is no verses 22-23 so I'm not sure what you are talking about. Jeremiah 11 has only 18 verses. <> The people were sacrificing their babies and children to false gods. God sent Jeremiah to tell them that what was in store for them if they did not repent and turn away from these evil deeds. The eating of their own children etc. was a consequence of the sins they were committing, the worship of false gods, the murder of the innocents, etc. <> These are warnings if the people persist in sin and rejection of God. It isn't so much God's doing as it is the consequence of sin.

It depends on the situation, of course. As a plane crash survivor trying to stay alive on dead bodies, sure. As an adopted member of a community in which it is traditional to eat the bodies of the beloved deceased, probably. As a hungry guy too lazy to go to the store when my chubby roommate is sitting there on the couch, no. I'd just order pizza.

If I had to to survive, sure. But the person would have to die first, I wouldn't do the killin. And I'd like a side of farver beans a nice chianti, mmmmshshmmm.
