I hate to admit it but as far as I know there is no such program, also there has been a lot of pressure on apple to produce a i-tunes program that can go onto any mp3 player or a CD. So just wait and see what will come out.

Just use iTunes it's self here are the steps.
iTunes makes it wonderfully easy to create your own custom music CDs to play in your car or home stereo. Unlike some applications that limit the number of CDs you can burn, iTunes lets you burn as many custom CDs as you like. And iTunes prints pro-quality inserts to accompany your mix.
Burn with a Single Click
Whenever you select a playlist in your library, the Browse button automatically turns into the Burn Disc button. Insert a blank CD or DVD, and the burn icon lets you know it’s ready to go. A simple click and iTunes burns away, as fast as your burner allows. And with burners these days up to speeds of 52x, you can make an audio CD in less than two minutes. That’s less time than it actually takes to play them. How 21st century.
Mix up new tracks with your existing MP3 collection to make killer compilations. You can burn songs from the iTunes Music Store an unlimited number of times.
CD Burning in iTunes 6
Cover Version
Print CD inserts with album cover art or drag your own graphics into any song for use in cover art.
SoundCheck
SoundCheck technology ensures that the volume level on every CD you create is consistent.
Hardware Compatibility
iTunes lets you use the CD-RW drive, DVD-R, Combo drive or DVD-R/CD-RW SuperDrive in your computer.
Playlist Folders
Organize your playlists in folders for easier burning.
Print in Tune
iTunes downloads cover art for the music you purchase, so you can easily make an insert for your CD cases. Print the cover for a whole album, along with song listings. If you’ve made a custom mix CD, iTunes creates a mosaic of cover art. You can also print out a listing of songs in a playlist or your library, sorted however you like, or just a simple album list with covers. iTunes designer templates include options for both black & white and color printers. iTunes prints professional-quality registration marks and bleed area.
Play Them Anywhere
You can play your music CDs in your car and on home stereo systems. iTunes also lets you make MP3 CDs, though iPod makes them a little less useful. Audio CDs play in CD players like the one in your car or home stereo. MP3 CDs play on Mac and Windows computers and in MP3-compatible car stereos and CD players. Data DVDs are great for archiving and backup, but they only work in your DVD-equipped Mac or Windows PC.
Check The Time
iTunes gives you the tools you need to burn perfect CDs. Each music track is labeled with its running time — a feature that comes in handy when you’re assembling 700 megabytes of music or making a 74-minute CD. And iTunes adds up the total time in your playlist, so you don’t have to.
Back It Up
If your optical drive includes a DVD burner, you can use iTunes to archive your entire music library on DVDs for safekeeping, storing the equivalent of up to 150 CDs on each DVD-R disc. iTunes does the thinking for you — just keep feeding it DVD discs till you’re done. Both Macs and PCs can burn backups to CD, too, and iTunes will span your collection across multiple CDs or DVDs automatically.
