My daughter has been losing her baby teeth, and putting them under her pillow for the Tooth Fairy....my son has not lost any yet, he took a piece of a Rubik's Cube (white), and was putting it under his pillow when he was getting ready for bed, i asked "What are you doing?" he said "Putting this under here for the Toof Fairy." I said " What is the Tooth Fairy going to do with a Rubik's Cube block?" He looked at me just as serious and said...."What's the Toof Fairy gonna do wiff a Toof?"

When my 13 year old was 5 he got mad and told he was going to run away from home because I would not let he have some ice cream. He ran to his room and started packing. I asked him "where are you going to run away to i might want to send you a letter". He told me "I was going to china." China??? I asked way china? He pulled out one of his GI-Joe's and showed me it said, " Made in china" and said, "I am going there that where all the toys are!!"

I am a nanny of 4 children, 2 of which I had in the car with me recently. The 8 year old girl was telling me some jokes which I thought were pretty funny, but her younger brother (5) was getting tired of hearing her. Right in the middle of one of her jokes he said "Sam will you please be quiet!". She turned right around and said "You be quiet TOLERANCE BOY!!".
I started laughing so hard because neither one of them knew what the word tolerance meant. She must have heard the word somewhere and it just sounded good to her. I later explained to them what the word meant. But if there were awards for little boys being tolerant of their big sisters he's definitely in the running!

My son was in a department store yesterday with my mother while she was looking at hair color. He is six. My mom has red hair, but he grabbed a box of a dark brown color. He told her that she should buy that color instead cuz it would look really hot on her, like the girl standing next to us. Then he said oh yeah baby! The woman next to them that my son was talking about laughed her butt off!

My kids are always saying funny stuff. This is my favourite one:
My 6 year old said I was fat and then he said, "you're supposed to eat the food not the whole fridge". I think he got that from Mr. Men or something.

I asked my son to get a soda for me and he asked what kind. coke, orange, of hairy cola. My husband and I looked at each other and busted out laughing. because cola in spanish means like a** or tail. So when we told him what it meant he couldn't stop laughing. Now when I ask for a soda it's kinda funny.

"Mommy, I thought you were on a diet. Can you eat chocolate on a diet?"
I was a cashier in a grocery store when this happened, and the mom was so embarassed she left her entire order there and walked out.

That was a cute one out of your son.
My daughter's name is Nikki. When she was young, she insisted that we go to NikDonalds instead of McDonalds.
