That's an oxymoron because the term "ghetto" refers to only one race living in an area, so how can anyone have ever experienced all 3 unless they are of all three races and also accepted by all three...

It depends on the area.
As for blacks, we kill eachother and it is ridiculous. (I am half black).
Mexican gangs are crazy too... anybody would kill you over something dumb like territory especially in L.A..- saw this on cnn special.
There are plenty of black people who are good. Just like any other race of people. As for crimes, I say white people. There are more white serial killers, rapists, cannibals, sexual predators, etc than any other race.

BLACK Because its the only one I have seen or heard. I got drug dealers right in my own neighbor hood. Just one drug family can ruin one children filled neighborhood.
