don't sweat it. It could be from a past life as a women that you really found satisfying. I have dreams like that often my even go as far as getting it on a car as a sexy woman. I love them and wish I had more.

maybe you need to have a sex change that will probably work but you cant give birth to kids or maybe you where a woman in the before life if that is a place.

ok, so far people have put up trangender issues or that you are gay or whatever. first thing that came to my mind is past life experience. not everyone believes in reincarnation, but for a guy to be dreaming of giving birth and such.... it makes sense to me!!

It can mean a million things from possible gay feelings, maybe transgender issues to a past life.
Who knows but if it disturbs you a lot then seek counseling.
