well, i come across this site http://suggestionsite.com/viewforum.php?f=12 , but I don't think they offer free domain. You need to use your domain or you can use their sub-domain. There is a demo site http://demo.suggestionsite.com , see if that suit you?

well http://www.geocities.com at least gives you the choice of what kind of adds you have to deal with. i always used them. everybody else always gave you more adds than you had website to deal with. tragic.
