yes; if the implant is inserted BEHIND the muscle instead of on top of the muscle

Wow, that is such a good question. Sorry I don't have an answer. But if you are interested and still or planning to nurse. You should go see a plastic surgeon for a consultation. They are usually either free or extremely inexpensive.

Breast implants have come a long way.

It depends on if the nipple was moved during surgery. If so, unfortunately not, cause all of the glands were cut to do the surgery and they are unable to reattach them. It also depends on if the implant is above or below the muscle. So I would talk to the dr that did them and see if there will be any problems breast feeding. It depends on a few factors, but the implants being silicone isn't one of them. good luck

Yes, completely. A woman who has had implants typically is done over the milk gland and just on top of the muscle. You can breastfeed, of course.

Get your breast implant surgery in India.Cosmetic Surgery (including facelift/ breast enhancement tummy tuck./lipo) is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for international patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance or by the stinking NHS.

They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star .

My cousin got her cosmetic surgery done there and she is more than very happy with the results.sHe is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company. She paid just 30% of the cost what she was quoted in USA and it was like a wonderful vacation for her. .hope this helps.I think she paid only 8000$ for the tummy tuck and liposuction surgery for which she was quoted 22000 $ in USA.

Yes you can, as long as everything is intact. meaning as long as the dr that did the surgery, made the pocket for the implant correctly. Also you can check to see if the hospital that you might deliver at has lactation specialists. these are registered Nurses that have taken classes to help with breastfeeding. they are very help full. Good luck and hope this helped.
