Well, you never 'drive' a motorcycle, you ride one. But I know what you mean.
you can ride as young as you are able. Many champions rode since the age of 3.
If you mean legally, most US states limit the lower age of licensing to 15-16 yrs. old (young?).
You government is the place to ask, as we do not know where you live and cannot know everything, so ask there and not here.

In georgia you have to be 15 to get a learners permit, you can keep it for up to 6 months-- try to pass the riding test or renew the permit.You can take the riding test at any point during the first 6 months.. The restrictions for a learners permit are 1.. no riding at night ..2. no passengers and 3 can't ride on the interstate.. Be safe and check with your local DMVS..

in Texas, as long as you take the MSF course, you can be 14 to ride on the streets with a permit. You are not required to ride with an adult present. But, you do have to take the MSF and pass it first.

Been riding since I was 5 learned on a PW50 then just advanced from there.
Depends on cycle and where you riding.
