It would depend on what part and how much of the uterus was removed.
The fertilized egg needs somewhere to attach. In a normal pregnancy this is the upper part of the uterus.
If it attaches in the fallopian tubes or at the bottom of the uterus you have a very dangerous situation that may result in a miscarriage. It could also lead to dangerous bleeding and/or the death of the mother if proper medical care is not taken at once.
If too much of the uterus has been removed, the embryo may still implant itself on what it left, but it could be very, very, very, very dangerous for all the reasons outlined above. Run, do not walk to your nearest doctor or emergency room.
If the top part of the uterus AND the fallopian tubes have been removed, pregnancy is NOT possible. Any symptoms you get then are from an infection or a cyst in the ovaries.
If you are having pregnancy like symptoms I would advise you to get to your doctor as soon as possible. Without knowing how much and what part of your uterus has been removed during the parital hysterectomy, I don't know how much, if any, danger you might be in.
I hope everything turns out ok for you.

Never heard of a hysterectomy being performed on a "parcel" so I have to assume you mean partial. If the Uterus was removed you can't get pg. If the Ovaries, tubes, etc. were removed, no you can't get pg. So, if anything's been removed, your chances are not good. I have heard of one ovary being removed and the woman still became pg with just the one remaining ovary. However, this isn't called a hysterectomy.

No, a partial hysterectomy means they removed your uterus, most likely your cervix, but left your ovaries. You need your uterus to hold a baby.

If you mean a partial, yes, of course. If you have sex and the organs are there, you can get pregnant. Heck, you can get pregnant with your tubes tied.

Parcel? No idea....
Partial -- maybe. Depends what parts they took and what parts they left in tact.
