I think it just might be possible someday.
I think it's pass time for George Bush to put an end to this war and bring our boys and girls home, what we have left of them anyway.

After reading some of the blether in the answers I am amazed that there is so much negativity about the war, sure all wars are bad and should not be necassary in the first place but we live in an imperfect world where we do not all see eye to eye and conflict's happen that can escalate to war.The original reasons for the Iraq war were based on the premise thar Saddam Hussein had W.M.D and that he and his regime were crazy enough to use them, which in fact they had, as proved by the slaughter of over 5000 inoccent Kurdish men women and children in Halabja in March 1988 by poison gas bombs.
Should we in the west just turn the other cheek or wait untill it is too late who would have been next Tel Aviv,New York or London?
We gave Hitler too much of a free hand and we all know where that led.
My views on the war do not diminish my feelings of sorrow for the bereaved families of this and in fact all conflicts.
God Bless America and Rule Brittania.

Unfortunately the US is able to ignore International Law because it has so many nukes. Try arresting Bush and see how well that goes.
Notice how Saddam Hussein didn't go before an International Court of Law. They got a bunch of his old enemies to run a show trial. (And it's Saddam Hussein! The guy is guilty of so many crimes you could easily convict him in a world court. But oh, right, they want to execute him so he doesn't start talking about what's been going on behind the scenes with him and the Bush family.)
Bushco. should all be in a prison like Abu Ghraib.

Exactly what do you think has happened in Iraq? Abu Ghraib? People are already in prison for it. Haditha? The investigation continues, and it looks more and more like a fraud perpetrated by insurgents.
You need to get some perspective and read what went on in Iraq during the Saddam Hussein years instead of reflexively bashing the US.

Firstly, the United States would have to actually commit war crimes, which they haven't. (And no, the actions of individual soldiers doesn't count, because those were not authorized or sanctioned by the US.)
But, assuming that war crimes HAD taken place, and seeing as how every significant international body is funded and regulated by the United States, no.

Soldiers may be charged with it, but since any of the abuses have not been officially sanctioned, you can't hold the US military in total, or an entire country, to blame. We didn't condemn all of Germany for what Hitler did, we condemned the people that did the acts.

We weren't charged with War Crimes after executing Nazi guerillas via firing squads in post WW II Germany, so why would now be any different?

If it wasn't charged for the carpet bombing of Laos and Cambodia, then no. Henry Kissinger is still at large, I believe, and no attempts have been made by the authorities to arrest him.

Will we? HELLZYEA!
When they flew into the two towers, that was only a little bit of the punishment for the "charges" that have been put against the US (for Bush's mistakes, not ours)... and now that we have Bin Ladin, I'm sure they're polishing their Nuke bombs right now...
