Go to your local Laser Clinic, check their credentials and ask their patrons if they are happy and make an appointment. Usually your Physician can recommend a good place. Laser will permanently remove the hair, but it sometimes takes 2-4 treatments depending on the coarseness and color of the hair. Otherwise see your local beauty shop esthetician for a wax removal. I have unwanted lip hair. There is a cream at Wal-mart I got for about maybe 6-10 bucks. It irritates a little but it works.

The usual shave or wax it off. If you can afford it, there is laser hair removal.

No Sorry but you can use hair removal cream or else you can shave them and if it's really more hair then you need your GP advise.

yes i have hair on my upper lip and i wax it....
