While not a flag burner or waver I feel that to many have died to change the law and not allow it. Repuglicans stepping on the constitution is another matter, I think burning them ought to be the law.

Hotep Sis, I unquestionably have lived and worked interior the midsection East and Africa for numerous years now, I unquestionably have purely on some activities seen an American flag being burn, and that's barely throughout uprisings or protests, many times linked with American remote places coverage; invading and bombing an Arab or Muslim united states is a remote places coverage determination. besides, i can thankfully admit that I unquestionably have by no ability seen nor heard of a Muslim burning the bible. There are greater flag and bible burnings by non Muslim individuals each and every year, than by all the Muslims mixed in view that coming to united states of america of america. Salaam, shalom, peace

Getting upset about the burning of an image is playing into the hands of the folks doing it and giving them yet another weapon to use against you.
I am proud of my nation and country but if someone wants to burn the flag then they can go ahead as it doesn't affect me in the slightest - I can't see why folks get so wound up about symbols.
Peace out

No one should burn the American flag, that is a sign of disrespect for our country. This should be a crime!

it is imperative that you tell your country what you want. It is a government for the people by the people. If you want change quit sitting and tell the government what you want changed. Our flag is burning because we have let someone vote for us. It is our fault. Lets do something about it. A congressman should not vote his intellect, he should vote what the people said to vote. 70 percent said no and they said yes. FIRE THEM NOW. While you still have some money left. Deficit 3.4 to 8.4 trillion thanks BUSH and CONGRESSMEN thanks people who let CONGRESSMEN vote their way.
