When you have nowhere else to go, and you're at your wit's end, where do you turn for help?

When your pockets are empty, your dreams are spent, nothing is going right, you're depressed, angry, you have no friends or anyone to turn to for emotional or financial help, where can you turn?

God is the only answer. Just keep praying and when you get tired and lonely pray some more.......You'r too young to give up on life. You could be depressed & need medical help. Why not seek help first before you do something foolish. You've got a whole life ahead of you and something good to contribute to someone. Good luck and GOD bless.....*U*

I have been in that boat for a few years now and I wish I had an easy asnwer.Some would say church, some would say medication, some would even say to stay the course. Me I believe that if you believe in yourself and you are a good person that only you can make the needed changes. I set small goals that are attainable so that I can feel a sense of accomplishment when I have reached them. That is a very strong motivator and gives me pride and hope for the future. I find that I am at my strongest when people doubt me. Keep you head above water but out of the clouds and keep focus on what is important to you.

Turn to the lord, a psychologist costs money but God is always there waiting for you to ask him!!!!!!!

to god. he's always there, through good or bad. it doesn't even matter if he really exists or not. it's something you can have for yourself, a little ray of hope. that is basically what he is.
