my stats are 34-28-30?also suggest the tops to go along with!!

Not enough info...your age is needed to determine what kind of skirts to wear. Also, just how old are you if your hips are only 2" larger than your waist? If that is true, you can virtually wear any style skirt as none will make you look bottom heavy.
