After a good night's sleep (or just about anytime after I sleep) my eyes are always dry and irritated?

It is too dry in your room. Try a humidifier, or turn off fans in your room. Get some eye drops for the morning.

It could be caused from a fan if you sleep with one, or the air might just be too dry. Try a humidifier or some visine before sleeping.

Do you sleep with a window open? I a fan or something that makes dust fly towards your face. Maybe you might need glasses

It might be not enough moisture, use a humidifier or drink more water. If you have allergies, you might want to talk to your doctor and get eyedrops.
