Black Panther would win. It would be a very close match, but Black Panther has an edge with his enhancements when he eats a special heart-shaped herb that grants him enhanced senses: hearing, smell, taste, agility, speed, balance and night vision. Black Panther is an above-average athlete and is considered to be at nearly peak human physical condition, nearly equal to that of Captain America, and can lift (press) in excess of 700 pounds. Well..maybe stealth is importante, but come on, rather than stealth, power is much more importante.
