Ryan - I don't know any guys who are named Ryan that get in serious trouble, so if you want a boy who will keep away from drugs, theft and more drugs name him Ryan
Troy - every guy I know who is named Troy has been kicked outta his house by the time he was 15 and arrested at least twice...

Troy because thats a name that you dont hear all the time and not everyone in the world has that name... I can name like 20 Ryan's off the top of my head that I know... I can only name one Troy that I know so go with TROY!!
