Go to any search engine and type in "free samples + directory" , hit enter and a list of all the sites that have LISTS and LISTS of free samples will come up. There are large sites that are actually about free samples.

Everydayminerals.com. They send generous samples of really good quality mineral foundations for free.

there are many sites depends what type of free cosmetics you are after. you can try maybelline, rimmel, max factor. they all offer free sampes of make up etc...
