i took the first one on tues evening, they are larium, and i just got to take one per week. i felt fine on wed, but felt really ill yesterday, and still a bit yuk today; i work with children, and cant work out if its the malaria tablets or a bug i got from work!! wouldnt i have felt ill on wed, seeings as i took the tablet on tues evening??

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse in the UK. Usually malaria tablets are taken one week before you go on holiday. I find that i cannot take them they make me feel sick and give me a headache. It's the quinine in them. You may have a bug or it may a reaction to the tablet.Ask for a different type.
