It was indeed, Mel Blanc, the voice of Porky Pig, Daffy Duck, Buggs Bunny, Woody Woodpecker, Tweety, Pepe Le Pew, Foghorn Leghorn, Marvin the Martian, Elmer Fudd, Secret Squirrel and a whole slew of other famous television characters.
It took 3 dolphins to play the role of Flipper, and Mel Blanc to play the role of Flipper's giggle.
