does yahoo read the emails I write to people?

yes,

as on average those days people have about 2 to 3 addresses on yahoo, and yahoo is most popular, so one can easily assume that there is about a million emails a minute. As a million an hour (and that is very low) what does it take for Yahoo staff to read all the million/billion of them?? not much LOL.

Just kidding. Of course not! Technology is there like anywhere, against terrorism etc.. surely they can search things etc.. but why would they bother with you? unless you planning yet another 9/11.

As a former email administrator of a large company, I can tell you that your emails can be viewed at the very least by the administrators. As administrators, we are not allowed to go in and just start reading user's mail...nor do we want to do this. We have enough of our own. But I can say this, email is not a totally private form of communication.

I'd be more inclined to say there's a program in place that registers all prohibitted uses and lets you know or censors automatically. Outside technological sources with advanced equipment is another, very likely possibility. The world is NOT made up of good men exclusively.

Yahoo never read any emails. And I want to say one more thing any email service provider never read any emails.
These type of service provider only checks to the addresses, and also check that address which are declare spam by you for create spam.
