Ok get this... so last night was our graduation... my friend slept over and needed a bag to put her stuff in. So, she picked up this American Eagle paper bag that i use for bringing my stuff to the beach and the pool. So, i told her that she couldn't use the bag and to use a grocery bag. She got soo mad!! so, when she left, she said and please dont call me later. what should i do? she is my best friend/ The reason she over reacted is because she has manic depresion and she doesnt have medicine becasuse she doesnt have health inaurance. so what shuld i do????? please help me asap!!

Manic depression or not, she shouldn't upset over a bag. If you really want to be her friend still, apologize to her after she cools off a little. If you want to avoid this in the future, let her use the bag next time she asks.

She's being dramatic and a big baby, so don't pander to her. Just drop the issue, and when she's ready to make nice, she will. If she brings it up and tries to make you feel bad about it, say, "Seriously? You're getting mad over a paper bag?" She needs to grow up.

Well honestlly, it might be just me being a b*tch, but i would be like screw it if the b*tch wants to get an attiude with me and risk our friendship then she can try to save it all by her self and i would wait till she starts to talk to you first and if she dont then yalls friendship might have not meant to much to her anywayz.... she knows that she was wrong and she should understand.... so i would let her figure it out for her own self....

Just continue to be her friend. Don't treat her harshly over a bag. She will get over it, after all - it is really a small thing. Small matters don't end true friendships.

Don't let her drag you down too. Get an adult involved and get her to the hospital. They will give her meds. regardless she has insurance. Good luck. You seem like a great friend.

Well dont call her. Wait until she calls you. She is overreacting and if you are so close she will eventually call you. Or wait til you see her in school and say "hi" like nothing happened. If she gets pissed wanting to know why you have gone so many days without calling her just say "i was respecting your wishes. you told me not to call you." dont worry about it.

you should have explained to her why she couldn't use it, and if she just left and u didn't have time u should give her some time and she will come around, or u should try and call and explain if none of my suggestions don't work! your well come

so dont call her, let HER call you, if you were BOTH true best freind's, it will all work out once she cools down, and come's back to earth....... if not, than don't waste a second thought on it, and move on.
